KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 17): An employee of a tenant in Wisma Mont Kiara (pictured) has tested positive for Covid-19 on Oct 16, according to a statement by the building’s management to tenants yesterday.

The employee last entered the premises on Oct 9.

The Wisma Mont Kiara management added that it had consulted with the Health Ministry which verified that it is not necessary to close down the entire building but only the affected floor, and which can be reopened 24 hours after it has been disinfected.

The management will be conducting deep cleaning and sanitisation of the whole premises.
