SINGAPORE (Oct 20): British inventor of the bagless vacuum cleaner James Dyson and his wife are letting go of their three-storey penthouse for S$62 million (US$189 million), for a price cut of close to 16%, Reuters reported.

The billionaire bought the penthouse, which is located on the 62nd to 64th floor of Wallich Residence in Tanjong Pagar, about a year ago at around S$73.8 million.

The “super penthouse” comes with five bedrooms, a 600-bottle wine cellar, a pool, jacuzzi and a private garden with city views.

The apartment was once valued at S$100 million, making it the city-state's most expensive penthouse.

According to a Business Times report, the buyer is an Indonesian-born tycoon Leo Koguan. He is also the co-founder and chairman of infotech provider SHI International.

The billionaire has another home in Singapore which is a luxury property that comes with an infinity pool and an indoor waterfall.
