PETALING JAYA (Oct 27): The TPC Golf Club Kuala Lumpur today announced that one of its members have tested positive for Covid-19.

Meanwhile, a tenant/resident living in the Menara Pelangi condominium in Brickfields also tested positive for the same virus.

According to a statement by TPC Golf Club, a member who visited its premises on Oct 26 has been found to be infected by Covid-19.

The club will be closed from today until further notice for sanitisation and disinfection.

As for the tenant who lives in the Menara Pelangi condo and tested positive for the coronavirus, FMT News reported that he is being treated at the Sungai Buloh Hospital.

The man works as a cleaner at the Cardio Vascular Sentral Kuala Lumpur (CVSKL) hospital.

Three staff and a former patient of CVSKL hospital tested positive two weeks ago, reported the news portal.

Four of the man’s colleagues who live with him have been tested today and are under going home quarantine at their unit in Block A of Menara Pelangi.

The same report stated that Menara Pelangi management had disinfected the main entrance, Block A and common areas while the Ministry of Health will disinfect the “affected unit” today.
