Jac Tam from Dutama Properties said the seller decided to let go of this unit in order upgrade to a landed house, while the buyer was looking to buy in Pavilion Hilltop mainly for the Mont’Kiara neighbourhood and the serene surroundings of the project.

“The wife and kids love the modern resort concept of the project, as well as the full range of facilities and mixture of relaxing concepts. The last thing that made them put down the deposit was the unit was approved by their Feng Shui master after the viewing,” Tam told EdgeProp.my.
