WCT launches The Maple Residences
Kuala Lumpur (Nov 2): WCT Land Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of WCT Holdings Bhd, has unveiled The Maple Residences development on Oct 31, 2020.
The Maple Residences is part of W City OUG @ KL, located at the Taman OUG neighbourhood, with easy access to Kuala Lumpur city centre.
In a media statement, WCT Land CEO of property development Ong Chou Wen said The Maple Residences is the second component of W City OUG @ KL.
The project is well received by the public and the company has received 72% bookings for units in Tower A.
The Maple Residences consists of three towers: Tower A with 32 storeys, Tower B with 41 storeys and Tower C with 51 storeys. The three towers have a total of 940 units with built-ups ranging from 808 sq ft to 1,378 sq ft.
The freehold development is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
