RHB Bank and RHB Insurance Kajang branch temporarily closed

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 9): RHB Banking Group said RHB Bank and RHB Insurance Kajang Branch, co-located within the same premises, will be closed from today (Nov 9, 2020) until further notice to enable sanitisation and as a precautionary measure to ensure health and safety of customers and employees.

In a statement yesterday, the banking group said information on re-opening of these branches will be made available through RHB social media channels in due course.

RHB Banking Group Bhd on Nov 7 had said one of its employees from the RHB Bank Kajang branch in Selangor had tested positive for Covid-19 on Nov 6, 2020, and is currently under quarantine.

RHB said customers may visit its nearest branch at RHB Bank Taman Indah during this period.

It said operating hours for RHB Bank Taman Indah Branch are from 9.15am to 3pm throughout the conditional movement control order (CMCO) period.

Self service terminals, including ATM and cash deposit machines will be operating as normal.

However, cheque deposit cut-off time is at 2pm.
