SINGAPORE (Nov 11): Selangor Dredging Bhd (SDB) has recently unveiled its latest project Myra in District 13, Potong Pasir, Singapore.

In a media statement today, SDB said the freehold transit oriented development (TOD) comes with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of S$150 million (about RM455.62 million).

Set to be completed by November 2024, Myra will come with only 85 residential units in one 12-storey tower. There will be seven to eight units per floor. The units are designed to offer comfortable living spaces, abundant natural lighting and ventilation.

The development is designed by award-winning UK architects from Pitman Tozer Architects, in collaboration with JGP Architecture.

Myra is strategically located between the Central Business District and the east, surrounded by the Pan Island Expressway (PIE), Central Expressway (CTE) and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE).

The Potong Pasir MRT station is 150 meters from Myra. Via the MRT line, the development is just a few stations away from the established city centres (Raffles City, City Hall), financial business district (Marina Bay Financial Centre) and shopping belts (Orchard, Bugis, Marina Bay Sands).

Within about one kilometre away from Myra is the new 1.6km-long park connector – the Bidadari Greenway and Bidadari Park. Moreover, Myra lies in the heart of a major Urban Redevelopment Authority initiative envisioned to enhance the greening of Serangoon to be a car-lite and cyclist-friendly community.
