PETALING JAYA (Dec 10): The first phase of Gamuda Land’s Blossom Springs in Jade Hills, Kajang has recognised 90% take-up rate to date. The developer attributes the project’s success to its post-lockdown home design.

Blossom Springs is a luxury landed project on 13.6 acres of freehold land. It comprises superlink villas with four-bedroom, four-bathroom layouts and built-ups from 2,508 sq ft with land area choices of 28ft by 65ft or 28ft by 70ft.

The units come with assisted-living features such as elderly-friendly groundfloor rooms and baths to make them suitable as multi-generational homes. Meanwhile, their large fenestrations and open design mean better natural lighting and ventilation.

The Phase 1 of Blossom Springs comprises 47 units, with an indicative selling price starting from RM1.29 million. There will be a total of 91 units in the same precinct.

“Given the overwhelming response for Phase 1, we are launching the balance units of super link villas in Blossom Springs. We anticipate all units to be fully sold in the next six months,” said Jade Hills general manager Wee Pang Siang in a media release today.

Jade Hills’ masterplan design incorporates the site’s teeming secondary forest, water bodies and undulating terrain.

“After months of lockdown, people want to see and feel nature around them. This has always been part of our town-making philosophy, so Gamuda Land is well-positioned to fulfil homeseekers' needs in post-lockdown Malaysia,” Wee added.

As part of Jade Hills, Blossom Springs residents are able to enjoy the township’s amenities, including the Jade Hills Resort Club and Eaton International School. There are also comprehensive conveniences and a range of dining options available at Jade Square, the township’s integrated commercial hub.

Jade Hills is served by major routes such as the South Klang Valley and Kajang Dispersal Link Expressways.
