KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 6): There has been a confirmed positive case of Covid-19 detected today at the Southlake Terraces (pictured) precinct of Desa ParkCity here.

According to a memo from Southlake Terraces RA to the residents, the infected person is currently quarantined at home as directed by Health Ministry SOP “pending medical treatment from the government hospital”.

“All residents are advised to stay calm and take appropriate measures such as wearing face masks, washing hands regularly, practising social distancing and other recommended SOP to prevent the spread of Covid-19 virus,” said the Southlake Terraces RA.

“In the meantime, the Management will monitor the situation and will keep the resident updated on the latest status.

“In addition, the main entrance security will be tightened and health screening process and SOP will be enhanced at the guard post,” it added.
