Jay Chou's KL concert now set for February 2022

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 7): It is now confirmed -- Taiwanese superstar Jay Chou’s (pictured) Carnival World Tour — Kuala Lumpur will take place on Feb 19 next year, reported the Malay Mail based on a Facebook announcement by the event organiser G.H.Y Culture & Media.

“In light of continued health and safety concerns, the Jay Chou Carnival World Tour — Kuala Lumpur that had been scheduled for Jan 16, 2021 will be rescheduled to Feb 19, 2022 (Saturday) at Bukit Jalil National Stadium,” stated the announcement.

Chou’s concert was originally scheduled for Feb 29 last year but was postponed to August owing to the Covid-19 pandemic.

It was pushed again to Jan 16 this year and it looks like the date has now been settled at Feb 19, 2022.

The organiser said the tickets bought previously through TicketCharge will still be valid for the “new show date”.
