PETALING JAYA (Jan 20): The viral videos of gambling activities happening in The Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) Covid-19 quarantine centre have caught the health ministry’s attention, and a police report will be made for further investigation, reported Sinchew Daily.

A series of short clips taken by one of the quarantine patients in MAEPS showed that some of the patients were openly gambling inside the Low Risk Treatment Centre (PKRC).

The shocking part was some of them didn’t even wear face masks or keep a safe physical distance from each other.

Health deputy director-general (Medical) Datuk Dr Norhizan Ismail told the Chinese dailies that health officers will file a police report on the matter for further investigation.
