KUALA LUMPUR (March 10): OSK Property has launched the Essential Homes Series 2021 Campaign, which offers competitively-priced homes in strategic areas.
Focusing on three elements namely price, location and amenities, the campaign will run until December this year. It runs concurrently with the Home Ownership Campaign 2021, which provides stamp duty exemptions on instruments of transfer and loan agreement for participating developers.
In a press release, CEO Ong Ghee Bin (pictured) noted that the developer’s new product positioning is also set to make homeownership possible for all Malaysians.
“We continue to see strong interest in the market especially among first-time and value-oriented home-seekers, and demand is high for reasonably priced new homes within the locale with well-designed facilities,” he said.
“OSKP has a long history of 56 years serving first-time homebuyers and upgraders. With the launch of OSK Essential Homes series this year, we are responding to the demand gap for homes that are well within the M40 market range and to support the government’s aspirations under Budget 2021 to help increase homeownership among Malaysians.”
The projects under the campaign include new launches in existing townships at Iringan Bayu, Seremban and Yarra Park in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Two new projects will be added to the series in the middle of the year, including Shorea Park, Puchong and LEA by the Hills, Taman Melawati.
Meanwhile, OSK Property is also launching a new mobile application called The Brick to connect with its buyers and the general public. The digital community provides the latest construction progress, new project launches and promotions.
