PETALING JAYA (March 31): Sime Darby Property’s first launch of the year Dayana Nilai Impian in Negeri Sembilan has seen all 64 units of the double-storey terraced houses snapped up at its preview launch earlier this month.
Located at the west of the Nilai Impian township with direct access via the NKVE highway interchange 215, Dayana Nilai Impian has a gross development value (GDV) of RM27.9 million.
The freehold units have built-ups ranging from 1,734 to 1,846 sq ft and land size measuring 20 ft by 60 ft. The four- bedroom/three-bathroom terraced houses are priced from RM498,888.
Sime Darby Property Group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican said the positive momentum for freehold and landed properties shows the consumers’ buying power despite the ongoing pandemic.
“Our products are well-received by consumers who want to make smart investment decisions as they see the value in the developments we offer. We will continuously strive to meet our customers’ high standards and expectations by offering the right products in the right price range and as equally important, within the best location.
“The overwhelming response to Dayana proves that we are on the right track with our sales and marketing agenda that puts our customers and their needs first. Moving forward, we will continue to focus on residential products that offer great value for money and experience for our homebuyers,” he said.
The project which is slated for completion in March 2023, will have a 1.7-acre neighbourhood park, perimeter fencing as well as dedicated guardhouse for the residents’ safety and well-being.
Meanwhile, phase 2 of Dayana is currently open for registration.
