189 units of Elmina Green Four linked homes taken up within two days

PETALING JAYA (April 2): The Elmina Green Four development in the City of Elmina has seen all 189 units of the landed linked houses fully taken up during the weekend launch on March 26 and 27, 2021.

Developed by Sime Darby Property, the phase one of Elmina Green Four was opened for an early bird online booking on March 26, with all the 98 units were snapped up within two minutes.

Following the overwhelming response, the City of Elmina has released another 91 units of phase one for online and public walk-in bookings on March 27, and the new additions were all sold out in less than a day, said the media statement today.

Built on 29.1-acre freehold land, Elmina Green Four is the first Signature Series in the Elmina Green precinct which comprises 349 units of freehold two-storey linked houses with land size choices of 20ft by 70ft and 20ft by 80ft.

The linked homes have a minimum built up of 2,051 sq ft (for 20ft by 70ft types) and 2,260 sq ft (for  20ft by 80ft types). These houses were priced from RM778,888.

The company will be unveiling another 89 units of Elmina Green Four in April. Potential homebuyers will enjoy benefits from the Home Ownership Campaign, which runs until May 31, 2021.

Sime Darby Property group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican said Elmina Green Four is the culmination of years of research and design innovation for practical, comfortable and convenient spaces in homes. Clever use of space is especially vital to accommodate the new norm of working and studying from home.

“The unprecedented happening of year 2020 pushed property developers like Sime Darby Property to re-evaluate home design and the incorporation of space. Moving forward, we will continue to develop homes that meet the changing needs of all families, situating them in well-connected locations and with the right pricing,” he said.

The City of Elmina is a 6,500-acre development within the Greater Klang Valley along the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE). The township is also accessible via New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR) and the upcoming Damansara-Shah Alam Highway (DASH).
