KUALA LUMPUR (April 6): UDA Holdings Bhd will be unveiling 38 Bangsar serviced apartment project in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur in the second quarter of this year.

The development is located in between Lorong Maarof and Jalan Bangsar Utama 1, about 450m from the Bangsar LRT station.

“The leasehold development comprises 281 units with built-up ranging from 580 to 1,442 sq ft, while prices range from RM758,000 to RM1.9 million,” UDA Holdings chairman Datuk Seri Jalaluddin Alias told EdgeProp.my after the launch of the "UDA 50 Golden Offers - Own and Win" campaign.

The "UDA 50 Golden Offers" campaign, which will run till Oct 31, celebrates the company's 50th anniversary with 50 prizes up for grabs for new homeowners.

Under this campaign, new home buyers will receive a 7% to 10% rebate for selected UDA projects nationwide and stand a chance to win attractive prizes and incentives worth more than RM500,000.

Jalaluddin said 38 Bangsar and the recently launched Residensi Akasia Jubilee are projects under the "UDA 50 Golden Offers - Own and Win" campaign.

The company unveiled Residensi Akasia Jubilee located on Jalan Jubilee in Kuala Lumpur on April 1. This leasehold project - earmarked for completion in 2025, has a total of 494 units with each priced at RM300,000 while providing new owners with 814 sq ft of space. 

During the media conference held at UDA Legasi Showroom in Kuala Lumpur, Jalaluddin also added that the company is targeting to sell 1,000 units under the campaign before the year is up.

"Out of the 1,000 units, about 10% will consist of commercial units while the rest will be a mix of our existing and new development," he noted.

Also present in the event were UDA Holdings’ top management including property development group chief operating officer Noor Azmi Salleh, president and CEO Mohd Salem Kailany as well as members of the board of directors Dr Nordin Mohd Zain and Mohd Asri Abdul Ghani.
