Block C will comprise 393 lakefront condominium units. The freehold units will have built-ups from 840 to 1,246 sq ft with prices starting from RM570,000. Due to be completed by the second quarter of 2025 (2Q25), the units will have a dual key concept that is designed for multi-generational living and additional rental yield.
