Works Minister Fadillah Yusof tests positive for Covid-19, undergoing home quarantine

KUALA LUMPUR (June 11): Senior Works Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof (pictured) has tested positive for Covid-19.

In a statement, the Ministry of Works said that the minister received his test results last night after taking a Covid-19 test at 10.15am yesterday as part of routine testing done at his office.

“Prior to this, he had consistently undergone testing from time to time and up to June 3 received negative test results,” the ministry said.

It added that Fadilllah is currently undergoing home quarantine as advised by the Ministry of Health (MoH) because he is asymptomatic.
