LONDON (Sept 3): Premium property developer and hotelier Eastern and Oriental Bhd (E&O) has officially opened its 54-room serviced apartment hotel in London on Aug 31, 2021, E&O chairman Datuk Tee Eng Ho announced today.
Dubbed The Lincoln Suites, the apartment-hotel is in the vicinity of the London School of Economics (LSE), Holborn Station and Trafalgar Square. It is two-minute walk from the Theatre Royal Drury Lane and 11.3 km away from the London City Airport.
“It was in operation a few days ago since Aug 31, and it is located at the opposite of LSE. The apartment-tel is managed by Cycas Hospitality on behalf of E&O,” Tee told EdgeProp.my in an interview today.
Commenting on the opening during pandemic times, Tee said the business and plan has to carry on as the Covid-19 pandemic has already become endemic now. “We have to accept the fact that we are going to live with the virus.”
The Lincoln Suites has 54 fully furnished apartment suites with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, as well as a kitchen equipped with microwave and fridge.
The built-ups are range from 193 sq ft to 430 sq ft with a daily rent starting from RM880 per night, according to the booking website.
