Aligning with S P Setia’s four pillars of live, learn, work and play, the dedicated landscaping of the Melodia 2 enclave is also well-crafted to promote a healthy outdoor lifestyle as the aforementioned facilities is just a doorstep access away, exclusively for Melodia 2 residents.

Priced from RM782,800 to RM1,134,800, Melodia 2 is the second phase, which will complete the Melodia residential enclave.
