SETIA ALAM (Nov 16): Property developer SP Setia has successfully sold out all units of their Garciae double-storey cluster homes and units of Validum double-storey terraces via online bookings, within one day.

The homes are part of their Bywater homes series in Setia Alam.

Bandar Setia Alam divisional general manager Tan Siow Chung (pictured) said that while movement restrictions have been eased, the developer has decided to continue leveraging on the convenience of technology and hosted online unit selections for both Garciae and Validum.

“We are elated with the continuous overwhelming response and trust from our buyers for these last two phases of the Bywater Homes series totalling 141 units, as with all the earlier phases.  We are also glad that we acted promptly and moved our booking processes online when we were faced with the challenge of travel restrictions. Garciae’s and Validum’s success highlights the importance of digitalisation which may be the new normal for the property industry moving forward,” said Tan.

To overcome movement restrictions that were in place earlier this year, SP Setia hosted its first online booking for Plenum double-storey terrace homes in March this year, which were also fully taken up in an hour.

The Garciae double-storey cluster homes are priced from RM1.1 million with built-ups measuring 2,514 sq ft and lot sizes measuring 32 ft by 75 ft. The homes come with an open-plan living room and dining area.

Meanwhile, the Validum homes come in lot sizes measuring 22ft by 70ft with built-ups from 2,104 sq ft, priced from RM790,000. The units here have glass sliding doors and large windows offer optimal ventilation and draw in natural light.

Meanwhile, the developer is set to launch Musika, a 22ft by 75ft double-storey terrace project located next to Setia Alam Central Park and another new project Setia Alaman which is located next to Setia Alam.
