Located in Hulu Langat, Selangor, Bandar Mahkota Cheras was developed during the 2000 by developer Narajaya Sdn Bhd. For its commercial component, the 365 hectares of freehold township constituted mainly two-storey and three-storey shop offices.
According to Lydia Sim from Centricity Realty, she stated that the tenant has actually rented three adjoining ground floor units at the Jalan Temenggung road.
Meanwhile, Sim shared that the owner of the unit is looking for a stable rental income and believed that the tenant will be able to provide that given that the tenant is operating a grocery business.
“Owner has been looking at a more stable rental income and essential businesses like Green N Fresh have proven their track record,” said Sim.
Additionally, Sim also adds that the current situation makes the area a good location for the business to be set up.
“With the current market situation, essential business in a mixed development with a commercial and residential area and housing area provides convenience for the local residents.”
As of December 2021, a total of 18 units have been listed for sale in EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2.16 million or 528 psf while 16 units have been listed for rental with an average asking price of RM 4,594 or RM 2.51psf.
