Danny Gan from Propnex Realty who had concluded the deal shared to EdgeProp.my that the tenant had been looking for a bigger office space for expansion after their business had managed to strike a deal with their banking client.
While looking for an office expansion, Gan stated this particular office space in Nu Tower 1 has fit their requirement as the office is in a move-in condition.
“With its move-in condition, they had saved about RM1.5 million to RM2 million on renovation,” as Gan added that all the workstation has been set up and a data centre has been equipped into the office space.
According to Gan, the asking price for offices in Nu Tower 1 ranges between RM6.50 psf to RM 7 psf.
