Country Heights buys auctioned property in Seri Kembangan for RM60m

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 17): Country Heights Holdings Bhd has acquired an auctioned property in Seri Kembangan, Selangor for RM60 million.

Called The Heritage Towers @ The Mines Wellness City, the property is a 10-storey tower together with five levels of elevated car park podium.  

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Country Heights said it has entered into a memorandum of the contract with the licensed auctioneer, Ng Chan Mau & Co Sdn Bhd, pursuant to the successful bid to acquire the property from Mines Resort Sdn Bhd.

Country Heights said the acquisition is in line with its overall corporate exercise and transformation plan to create a larger capitalisation, better value and greater economies of scale for the group.

Country Heights’ share price closed down two sen or 1.38% at RM1.43, for a market capitalisation of RM394 million.
