PETALING JAYA (Dec 23): Sunway Property recorded sales of RM553 million in two months as a result of its “Always with You 2021” campaign, which ran since Oct 15 and will be ending on Dec 31. The campaign features five of its newest developments (Sunway Serene in Petaling Jaya, Sunway Velocity TWO in Cheras, Sunway Belfield in Kuala Lumpur, Sunway Artessa in Wangsa Maju and Sunway d’hill Residences in Kota Damansara) designed for new norm living.
According to a statement on Wednesday (Dec 22), this brings Sunway Property closer to its sales target of RM2.2 billion, which is the revised sales target for this year. Its sales target was revised after surpassing its initial sales target of RM1.6 billion in the first half of the year.
Sunway Property central region executive director Chong Sau Min said all the new launches incorporated sustainable design considerations that deliver more connected developments while being supported by lifestyle conveniences, better quality buildings, improved air quality, as well as provide cost savings on energy and water.
“We attribute the success of the campaign to the renewed interest in homes that prioritise wellbeing due to shifting consumer preferences since the lockdowns [because of] the pandemic and the design of the campaign which provides ease of mind to new homeowners.
“Each of the developments [is] strategically located with thoughtful designs, lush landscaping and new norm features including natural ventilated lobbies, co-working spaces and other features for sustainable living with prices starting from RM525,000. We also prioritised natural ventilation and sunlight, with views to the outdoors, which provide much-needed respite from relentless patterns of online work and learning. Each development comes with abundant facilities which double up as spaces to exercise and recharge,” he said.
Purchasers will be able to leverage up to 12 months of interest-free payments for savings up to RM23,000. An option to exit is also provided as a safety net in case of loss of employment, disability or critical illness for a period of 12 months from the date of booking and subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
In conjunction with the Home Ownership Campaign that will end on Dec 31, new homeowners will enjoy a waiver on the memorandum of transfer and loan stamp duty savings up to RM32,000. There is also a weekly giveaway during the campaign period with prizes worth a total of RM63,888 such as Dyson fans and vacuum cleaners, Panasonic smart TVs and ovens. The developer also provides installations for kitchen cabinets.
Sunway Serene features a premium lakefront living experience, surrounded by lush greenery. The development comes complete with a 1.2km jogging path by the lake with a 36-hole golf course view and view of a 15-acre lake. There is a care centre within the development itself supported by Sunway Property’s trusted healthcare provider, Sunway Medical Centre. The development has 49 exclusive lifestyle facilities including a 210m Lazy River.
Sunway Velocity TWO, with a gross development value of RM2 billion, is located on an 8.5-acre site in Cheras, right opposite Sunway Velocity. It is complete with a shopping mall, medical centre, education institution, hotel, two-acre central park, retail and offices. The development is 3.8km to KL City Centre and has a direct link to three MRT and two LRT stations. Amenities include a one-acre private park for its Tower C & D residents, co-working spaces, infinity pool, karaoke rooms, rooftop facilities, badminton court and many more. Dual key options are also offered to cater for multigenerational living or investors.
Sunway Belfield is located 400m from Maharajalela Monorail Station, close to the iconic Petaling Street.
