Inta Bina bags RM79.8 mil contract for housing scheme in Beranang
KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 3): Inta Bina Group Bhd said its unit Inta Bina Sdn Bhd has bagged a contract worth RM79.8 million from Eco Majestic Sdn Bhd to build 149 double-storey houses of various sizes for a gated and controlled community housing scheme (strata property) in Precinct 6 in Beranang, Hulu Langat, Selangor.
The project, which will include the construction of two power substations, will start on Jan 5 and be completed in 20 months, according to Inta Bina's bourse filing on Thursday (Dec 30).
The construction group expects to finance the project using internal funds or external borrowings.
Inta Bina's shares closed unchanged at 26.5 sen on Thursday, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM139.22 million.
