PETALING JAYA (Jan 5): Mah Sing Group Bhd is rolling out a “Lift Off with Mah Sing” sales campaign featuring 20 projects across Malaysia.

From January to March 2022, the campaign will showcase a selection of the group’s six new and upcoming launches and 14 ongoing projects nationwide bundled with hassle-free, affordable sales package for first-time homebuyers, upgraders and younger demographics who are looking into investment or own-stay.

The selected projects of the campaign are M Astra at Setapak, M Senyum at Salak Tinggi, M Panora at Rawang, M Luna at Kepong, M Centura at Sentul, M Vista at Penang, Meridin Bayvue at Johor, just to name a few.

"There is a pent-up demand for affordable homes and this campaign aims to accommodate market needs. We want to help people own their dream homes without over stretching their finances. The group constantly evolves to respond to market demand by reinventing the definition of affordability to provide home buyers with affordable luxury. That way, we are not just a Malaysian house developer, but a house developer for all Malaysians,” said Mah Sing’s founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum in the media statement on Wednesday (Jan 5).

He added that the campaign cultivates a science fiction element through the theme of space exploration as a representation of constant evolution and metaphors for innovation, exploration, and forward thinking.

Meanwhile, Mah Sing’s CEO Datuk Ho Hon Sang commits to taking great effort to ensure that every home or office has the most efficient layout and superior set of amenities.

“The group promises prime quality in the products we offer as each project will undergo a stringent quality inspection; QLASSIC audits, pre-delivery inspections by a highly-trained quality team, and external assessments by the Construction Industry Development Board,” Ho concluded.
