“It is a one-acre land with an additional three acres of land located side by side. The land parcels are owned by siblings and they had initially sold off the three acre land to the developer, ultimately, they decided to sell the last parcel.”

With the last parcel of land being bought, it is much easier for the developer to develop the land as the last parcel makes up a perfect square. 

“Earlier I had managed to sell the L-shaped plot belonging to the other siblings. Then, I managed to convince the owner to sell his land so that the purchaser can get the complete square shape,” said Rosila. 

In terms of location, Rosila shared that the land is good for development as the surrounding area is already a matured area.
