JKG Land unveiled Phase 2 of The Era @ Duta North

PETALING JAYA (Jan 25): JKG Land Berhad has unveiled NOON, the second phase of its The Era @ Duta North serviced apartments in Segambut, Selangor.

Launched on Friday (Jan 21), NOON consists of 965 units of serviced apartments with a built-up measuring 645 sq ft and 1,334 sq ft. With a gross development value (GDV) of RM722 million, the units are priced from RM490,900.

In the media statement, JKG Land said its units have been designed as a New Age Home with practical layouts that optimises living spaces and value features such as dual-key units that allows for multigenerational family living.

Among its facilities, the phase two tower features a moon deck on its spacious rooftop area highlighted with Sky Lounges.

Sited on 14.8-acre land, this mixed-commercial development comprises six residential towers, three-storey retail development and over six acres of landscaped forest village and wetlands.

The entire project includes a 100-metre pool, special gourmet kitchens with dining areas, amphitheatre, indoor and outdoor gyms, spas and jacuzzi.

It also contains a moat pavilion, tree houses, a squirrel den, flying fox and monkey swings, echo pods and a wifi garden, among other natural recreational areas.

With a concept of nature-inspired living within an urban oasis, this mixed commercial development will consist of six residential towers, a three-storey retail development, over six acres of landscaped Forest Village and wetlands.
