Setia Warisan Tropika’s Residenz Clubhouse is now open to residents

SEPANG (Feb 23): S P Setia Bhd has recently opened the Residenz Clubhouse at Setia Warisan Tropika and is set to be enjoyed by Setia Warisan Tropika’s residents. 

The clubhouse stands on a one-acre land while perching in front of the Lake of Monarch, surrounded by gardenscapes linked to the linear park. 

The clubhouse will house various facilities such as swimming pool, wading pool, gymnasium and space for recreational and yoga activities, and a multipurpose hall that can accommodate up to 250 people. There is also an outdoor cinema nearby the pool 

In a media statement on Tuesday (Feb 22), Setia Warisan Tropika’s general manager, Noor Lida Azri said the clubhouse will serve as a point of bonding and recreation for families. 

“Focus on enhancing our residents’ well-being and building a community within the township, Residenz Clubhouse completes the tropical living concept that we bring with Setia Warisan Tropika. It will serve as a place for bonding and recreation for families living in Setia warisan’s 692 homes,” said Lida. 

She adds that the Residenz Clubhouse is also built with a solar panel system. This is in line with S P Setia’s sustainability agenda of reducing greenhouse gas emission and dependence on non-renewable energy.

Setia Warisan Tropika is located in Pekan Baru Salak Tinggi in Sepang, Selangor. The township measuring at 129.93-acre, has been designed with a tropical resort environment. 

The township consists of terraced strata homes with flexi options to meet the various lifestyles of its residents.

The township has also launched two phases which are Belladonna in November 2019 and Adenia in April 2021. 

Belladonna comprises 187 units of double-storey linked houses that have a built-up ranging from 1,907 sq ft to 2,018 sq ft. Its completion progress is currently at 75% and is expected to complete by March 2023. Its current take-up rate is at 96% 

Adenia comprises 135 units of double-storey linked houses. With a built-up from 2,206 sq ft to 2,525 sq ft, it is priced from RM 776,000 to RM1.1 million. Adenia is expected to complete by April 2024.
