Lee shared that the buyer had fancied the unit for the spaciousness that it offers with a wide frontage and spacious porch.
Besides that, the terrace house is also a corner unit and therefore has a bigger land area when compared to intermediate units.
"The buyer felt that the house was brand new due to its modern design renovation. As such, the buyer was happy to purchase the house as it did not require any redesigning or renovating works," said Lee.
Lee added that this deal was an absolute steal as a corner house in a popular neighbourhood like Damansara Heights is extremely rare to come by.
As of end-February 2022, a total of two units in Jalan Kasah have been listed for sale on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2.05 million or RM910 psf. Currently, there are no units listed for rental.
