PropNex Malaysia organises 'Million Dollar Dream' seminar

KUALA LUMPUR (March 8): PropNex Malaysia recently organised the ‘Million Dollar Dream’ seminar featuring key speaker Lim Yong Hock, key executive officer of PropNex Singapore sharing his trials and tribulations in the real estate industry.

In his session titled ‘The simple steps to your million dollar homes,’ Lim imparted his knowledge through a fun and interesting manner using methods that have created many millionaires in Singapore.

In a press statement, Lim mentioned: "Knowing what is your role and your added value will bring you to the by-product of achieving your million dollar dreams. In real estate it is about “how you help your customers to get what they want and your customers will help you to get what you want.”

The seminar was held at Menara Ken, TTDI on Feb 11, 2022.

PropNex Malaysia chief executive officer Marcus Teng shared that the seminar had been fruitful for the attendants especially those who are from the younger generations to learn from the best in the industry.

“These are where the opportunities lie for the younger generations to learn and reap the benefits. Learning the ropes and setting a mission and rewriting it on their own journey as a path to success both in their career and personal life,” says Teng.

Other than that, he has also expressed his optimism towards the industry believing there are ample opportunities for growth in the market. He shares that as of end-2021, there has been sales turnover of RM62.5 million, sub-sale with a total gross development value of RM1.4 billion and project sales of RM1.2 billion.

PropNex Malaysia currently has over 800 agents with a home office based in Petaling Jaya and branches in KLCC, Cheras, Johor Bahru and Kota Kinabalu.
