Gan shared that the tenant was keen on the office unit as it came with natural sunlight and a pillarless layout, making it easy for the tenant to renovate the space into a lifestyle showroom and training centre.
Additionally, Gan shared that the owner decided to lease the unit after relocating to another floor thus being able to generate extra cash flow by leasing the unoccupied space.
As of early-March 2022, a total of two office units were listed for sale on EdgeProp.my with asking prices ranging from RM2.4 million (RM1,200 psf with the built-up of 2,000 sq ft) to RM24 million (RM1,200 psf with the built-up of 20,000 sq ft). For rental, only one unit has been listed with a monthly asking price of RM9,000 or RM3.39 psf.
