KUALA LUMPUR (March 18): City developer SkyWorld Development Group has announced that it has completed the development of SkyMeridien Residences on time despite the pandemic. 

SkyWorld had organised a media tour on March 17 (Thursday) to celebrate the completion of the project as well as the official launch of Solution+, the first ecosystem and enhanced e-commerce platform in Malaysia that connects SkyWorld residents and traders. 

Commenting on the completion, SkyWorld Development chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng shared: “Perfected for urbanites who aspire to find work-life balance, we are positive that SkyMeridien homeowners will be impressed with the facilities, quality workmanship and the investment made.”

The resort-inspired project offers 32 types of facilities such as Olympic-length swimming pool, gyms, arcade game rooms, lounge and co-working space, multi-sport facilities which feature rock climbing and basketball court among others.

SkyMeridien Residences has been designed with the ESG initiatives in mind. It is a certified green building that has been designed to save energy and resources, comes equipped with an Automated Waste Collection System (AWCS) to promote hygienic environment while its lobby, common corridors and residential units have been designed with consideration of the maximum cross ventilation, thermal comfort and daylight analysis. 

This transit-oriented development which is located in Sentul has easy access to public transports such as the Sentul Timur LRT Station as well as major highways. 

In the pipeline, SkyWorld is also targeting to launch four projects in Setapak, Cheras, Taman Melawati and Setiawangsa. 

Solution+, e-commerce platform connecting SkyWorld residents and traders

Concurrent with the completion of SkyMeridien Residences, SkyWorld has also launched Solution+, an e-commerce platform integrated within SkyWorld’s Connect App where it serves  to connect SkyWorld residents’ to home solution traders that have partnered with SkyWorld. 

“Gone are the days whereby one needs to painstakingly search for contacts, recommendations and price comparison for interior design, renovations, furniture and other home solutions. Solution+ is made to address these issues, all within your fingertips,” explained Lee on the function of the Solution+.

He added that SkyWorld residents will be able to benefit from special packages provided by SkyWorld’s home solution partners, providing shopping convenience by shortening the delivery time. 

For the partners, the platform will serve as a creative marketplace to showcase their products and services. 

Their partners include Electrolux, Panasonic, Samsung, Buenos Kitchen, Maju Home Concept, and Profound among others.
