Lebtech inks MoU with Oman-based sustainability firm to provide sustainable solutions to climate-conscious clients

KUALA LUMPUR (March 21): Construction firm Lebtech Bhd has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with sustainability firm Sustainable Investments Oman LLC (SIO) to provide sustainable solutions to climate-conscious organisations and people in Oman and Malaysia.

In a bourse filing on Friday (March 18), Lebtech said its subsidiary Lebtech Energy Sdn Bhd (LESB) entered into the MoU with SIO on March 14.

Pursuant to the MoU, LESB and SIO will present proposals on sustainability projects to potential clientele, conduct knowledge transfer programmes to create public awareness of sustainability, as well as explore new potential ventures regarding sustainability, net-zero carbon and environmental sustainability.

SIO is a sustainability firm based in Oman that was founded with a vision to facilitate and introduce cutting-edge technological innovation in the Middle East and North Africa region, according to Lebtech's filing.
