PETALING JAYA (March 22): Mah Sing Group Bhd's Delphy, the final phase of M Aruna @ Rawang, has achieved a 95% take-up over last weekend’s launch.

Delphy comprises 177 double-storey link homes with a gross development value of RM108 million. All the units are 20ft by 75ft and come with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a built-up of 1,800 sq ft. They are priced from RM662,800.

Mah Sing’s group CEO Datuk Ho Hon Sang in a press statement on Tuesday (March 22) said the company "fast-tracked the development of Delphy, with expected completion next year in 2023".

“The continued interest in our Rawang townships reflects the home buyers’ trust in the Mah Sing brand in developing well-designed, right-priced products in strategic locations,” Ho said.

“M Aruna is Mah Sing’s third township in Rawang, and the fourth development, M Panora, is coming soon after. With the current low-interest-rate environment as well as competitive pricing for a home that is suitable for three generations, we are confident that the balance units in Delphy will be snapped up quickly. M Panora, which will be launched this year, should be equally well-received,” he added.

Delphy is designed with an open plan concept for better airflow and natural daylight penetration. Units are arranged in north-south directions to minimise direct glare from the sun and heat and promote energy savings. Delphy units also come with a smart home system that allows homeowners to control CCTV, appliances, thermostats, lights, and other devices remotely using a smartphone or tablet through an internet connection

The 96.7-acre M Aruna features a dedicated residents-only two-acre central park with a secret garden concept. Facilities include a whimsical themed landscaped park, a treehouse-themed playground, challenging bike park, jogging track, reflexology park, relaxing hammocks, a half-basketball court and an outdoor gym.

Surrounded by matured neighbourhoods, M Aruna is 5km from AEON Rawang and is accessible via the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (Latar Expressway). It is connected to the Latar Expressway via Jalan Tasik Puteri, which has shortened the travelling time to Kuala Lumpur by 20 minutes. The township is also located about 10km from the Rawang KTM station.

Meanwhile, Mah Sing is investing in improving the location’s infrastructure to benefit its buyers and the surrounding populace. The current Jalan Desa will be upgraded from a single two-way lane road to a double two-way lane road in M Aruna, at a cost of approximately RM4.5 million. The 1.55km road will provide ease and enhanced access to different public amenities in the area, helping the neighbouring community while also accommodating future traffic.
