Boustead Properties partners with Maybank Islamic's HouzKEY

PETALING JAYA (March 23): Boustead Properties Bhd has entered a collaboration with Maybank Islamic to offer its HouzKEY programme, which is currently being offered for projects such as Mutiara Hills in Semenyih, One Cochrane Residences in Kuala Lumpur, and Mutiara Rini in Johor.

The programme will enable qualified potential homeowners to take advantage of HouzKEY’s 100% financing without the need for down payments and with low monthly payments with its competitive home financing rates. There will also be zero payments required during the project construction period.

Boustead Properties COO Eason Phan said, “We are cognisant of the impact of the pandemic on homeownership and firmly believe that our partnership with Maybank Islamic is the right move to enable more potential homeowners to successfully buy a house thanks to the HouzKEY programme.”
