PETALING JAYA (April 4): Property developer LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS) has launched its Fabulous 20-21 campaign’s second round of lucky draw on LBS’ Facebook Live on March 28, 2022.

The lucky draw was open to LBS homebuyers who had purchased either LBS’ KITA @ cybersouth township, LBS Alam Perdana and Prestige Residence between Jan 1, 2020 to Dec 31, 2021.

The prizes worth up to RM731,000 includes Proton automobiles such as Proton X70 1.8L executive 2WD, Proton Exora CVT Executive, three units of Proton Persona 1.6 CVT Standard and three units of Proton Iriz CVT, six units of Decathlon Rockrider ST30 bicycle, 15 units Dell Vostro Notebook, 20 units Samsung Galaxy Tab and home appliances.

Since its first round of the lucky draw, RM1.16 million worth of prizes have been enjoyed by 1,200 homebuyers.

LBS executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San, who randomly draws the lucky winners, hopes that the campaign will add value to the homebuyers' home purchasing experience.

“I hope with this lucky draw, it will bring about special home-purchasing experiences to our homebuyers. Aside from enticing prizes, moving forward, LBS will continue to bring products of great value that will provide exceptional quality of life to all for years to come.”

He also noted that LBS has plans in the pipeline for the nation and the people as the country reopens its international borders.

“With Malaysia reopening its international borders, LBS has huge plans lined-up ahead for the nation and the people.”

Present at the ceremony were also group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Wira Joey Lim Hock Guan, executive directors and independent non-executive directors Datuk Sri Daniel Lim Hock Sing and Datuk Cynthia Lim Mooi Pang as well as director and independent non-executive director Datuk Lim Han Boon and Datuk Yong Lei Choo.
