“The tenant was committed to a long-term lease, thus they had received a good rate from the landlord,” said Tan.
As of mid-April 2022, there were 34 units at KL Eco City listed for sale in EdgeProp.my with prices ranging from RM2.09 million or RM1,156.75 psf. There were also 148 units listed for rent at an average asking monthly rate of RM20,105.35 or RM5.29 psf.
