NCT Alliance and Maybank Islamic partners to offer 100% financing for Acacia Residences

KUALA LUMPUR (April 14): NCT Alliance Berhad has collaborated with Maybank Islamic to offer a home ownership financing solution called HouzKEY to NCT’s Acacia Residences purchasers. 

Available only to first and second homebuyers, HouzKEY offers 100% financing with no down payment, three-month fully refundable deposit with a low rate. Purchasers need not make payments during the construction period until they have obtained their keys.

The initiative is to assist homebuyers in purchasing their home easily, as NCT Alliance executive chairman and group managing director Datuk Sri Yap Ngan Choy noted that the challenging times from the pandemic have affected buyers’ ability.
