Sunway Property introduces Signature Series 2022 Campaign

PETALING JAYA (April 29): Sunway Property has unveiled its Signature Series 2022 Campaign on April 28, showcasing a collection of eight existing and new housing projects across the Klang Valley.

The campaign, which runs until July 31, will offer sale promotion deals, including free memorandum of transfer, an interest-free period until December this year and 100% financing from Maybank Islamic’s HouzKey programme. Selected units will also be fitted with free kitchen cabinets.

The participating projects for the campaign are Sunway Serene in Petaling Jaya, Sunway Velocity TWO in Cheras, Sunway Belfield in Kuala Lumpur, Sunway Artessa in Wangsa Maju, Sunway d’hill Residences in Kota Damansara, Sunway Alishan in Cheras, Jernih Residence in Kajang and Sunway Flora in Bukit Jalil, all of which have a total gross development value of RM5.38 billion.

In a statement, Sunway Property central region senior executive director Chong Sau Min stated the campaign aims to provide the necessary support to homebuyers looking for a home that is affordable, convenient and promotes a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle.  

“More and more families have reprioritised their checklists for homes since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic and have new preferences to accommodate to the new normal lifestyle. Customers are looking for affordable and sustainable homes in strategic locations with great access and connectivity, and these are the fundamental criteria for all developments in Sunway Property,” said Chong.

With online learning and work patterns having a stronghold in everyone’s life, Chong noted that the housing developments were carefully designed to incorporate natural elements, such as landscapes that provide a green lung within the building with ample natural lighting and ventilation.

“The idea is to create a sanctuary within the premises, so our homeowners can take that much-needed break away from their electronic gadgets, rejuvenate and recharge in our green lung, and head back to their routine. In fact, we want healthier lifestyles like this to be a part of that routine, thus, we have consciously designed our buildings to mirror that aspiration,” added Chong.
