PETALING JAYA (May 11): Sunsuria Bhd has announced its collaboration with Affin Bank’s Home Step Fast/-i campaign to offer homebuyers a lifestyle ownership programme with a financing solution that allows them to pay a lower instalment for the first five years. The campaign starts from May 10 until September this year, and Affin Bank will offer end financing of RM200 million to Sunsuria.

In a statement on Tuesday (May 10), Affin Bank mortgage business managing director Jessie Wong said the campaign will offer a no lock-in period, no early settlement fee and options to finance a home solar system. The conventional or Islamic financing product is applicable to both completed and under-construction participating residential properties.

Among the selected Sunsuria developments are Tangerine Suites and Monet Residences in Sunsuria City, Bangsar Hill Park in Jalan Maarof and Sunsuria Forum SOHO & Residential Suites in Setia Alam.

Sunsuria chief operating office and head of property development Datuk Simon Kwan said: “As the group anticipates gradual recovery in domestic economic growth, it still remains cautiously optimistic moving forward. The collaboration with Affin Bank’s ‘Home Step Fast/-i’ programme will offer lifestyle homeownership to homebuyers that are new to the workforce and those who want to upgrade their property.”
