PETALING JAYA (May 12): Mah Sing Group Bhd’s M Senyum Phase 1 (Camellia), comprising 262 units of two-storey terrace houses with a gross development value of approximately RM144.48 million, has been fully taken up. 

Due to the overwhelming response for Phase 1, Phase 2 or Camellia 2 is now open for registration. The second phase will comprise 270 units of two-storey terrace homes.

Homes in both phases have built-ups ranging from 1,555 to 1,761 sq ft with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and the units are priced starting from RM450,000.

“The launch of M Senyum’s Camellia augurs well for the group’s quick turnaround business model, subsequent to its land acquisition last year. We believe that the demand for landed properties at strategic locations remains high and this product is timely to meet the market demand. We are confident that the following phases will receive a similar response as well due to its good connectivity and ready amenities within the vicinity,” said Mah Sing’s CEO of property subsidiaries Benjamin Ong Chin Yee in a statement on Thursday (May 12). 

He added that interested purchasers can now visit the M Senyum sales gallery in Salak Tinggi.

M Senyum is a RM656 million, 100-acre leasehold development located in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Sepang. The entire development will comprise 1,176 units of double-storey terrace houses. 

The project also is connected to KL city centre, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya via the ELITE Expressway, North-South Expressway, Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway, Jalan Banting-KLIA and KLIA Expressway. It is also near the ERL Salak Tinggi Station, and KLIA ERL Station, as well as 15km to KLIA and 10km to the Nilai Medical Centre.

The development neighbours educational and recreational amenities such as Xiamen University, INTI International University, Nilai University, Manipal International University, UniKL MIAT, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, Stadium Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Taman Awam Nilai, Nilai Springs Golf & Country Club and the Sepang International Circuit.

Meanwhile, Mah Sing is planning to launch M Astra in Setapak, M Nova in Kepong, M Panora in Rawang, remaining phases at Ferringhi Residences in Penang and two-storey link homes in Meridin East Johor in the second half of 2022. 

The company will be targeting vacant possession for its M Vertica Towers A and B in Cheras within these two months and for Sensory Residence Phase 1 at Southville City starting from June this year.
