PETALING JAYA (May 13): Tropicana Corp Bhd has delivered vacant possession (VP) for owners at Triana shopoffices on May 12. Triana is located at the 863-acre Tropicana Aman township in Kota Kemuning, Selangor.

The 18.4-acre commercial hub features two- and three-storey shopoffices with prime visibility and versatile open-concept layouts for flexible business arrangements under the new norm, with VP undertaken for 54% of its shopoffices.

In a statement, Tropicana Corp marketing and sales managing director Joanne Lee said: “As Tropicana’s largest township to date, Tropicana Aman offers a promising business opportunity for owners and entrepreneurs, with a projected 30,000 strong population upon completion. The shopoffices in Triana are ideally positioned to cater for this demand as well as footfall from surrounding areas, with easy access to the Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas)."

Triana shopoffices feature wide shop frontages with built-ups of 3,360 to 6,771 sq ft, which is suitable for a wide range of businesses, ranging from new start-ups and co-working operators to established brands and franchises. The shops will feature high ceilings of up to 12ft, while selected units will feature double-volume spaces for dining and retail tenants.

Lee added that the shopoffices accommodate a wide range of commercial arrangements, including entertainment businesses. The design of these shopoffices is driven by Tropicana’s distinctive development DNA, particularly focusing on creating generous open spaces and connectivity.

Tropicana Aman is also easily accessed via the South Klang Valley Expressway, North-South Expressway Central Link and the upcoming West Coast Expressway.
