PETALING JAYA (May 23): SkyWorld Development Group Sdn Bhd unveiled the country's highest residential skybridge in SkyAwani 3 Residences on May 20. According to the developer, the skybridge measures 550m long and is located across three interconnected towers on level 52. This allows residents to enjoy unobstructed views of the Kuala Lumpur city centre skyline.

Sitting on a 4.55-acre leasehold parcel in Setapak and adjacent to the under-construction SkyAwani 4 Residences, SkyAwani 3 Residences is one of the developer’s Awani affordable home series and has a gross development value of RM570 million.

The Residensi Wilayah project is Qlassic (Quality Assessment System in Construction) compliant and comprises three 52-storey towers with a total of 1,905 residential units. The three-bedroom and two-bathroom units have built-ups of 800 sq ft and are priced at RM300,000 each. The project was launched in July 2017 and has since been fully taken up. The units have been handed over since May 23.

The development offers a 24-hour, three-tiered security. It features more than 20 full-fledged recreational facilities, such as a nursery room, children’s playground, central main pool, Jacuzzi, games room, bamboo garden, basketball court, reflexology path, gymnasium, jogging track, multipurpose hall and barbecue pavilion, spreading over the ground, eighth (podium) and 52nd floors. The maintenance fee, inclusive of the sinking fund, is RM210 per month.

Nearby amenities include AEON BiG Danau Kota, Setapak Central Mall, SK Setapak, SMK Danau Kota, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Sri Utama International School, Columbia Asia Hospital, Kuala Lumpur General Hospital and Royal Selangor Visitor Centre. In terms of connectivity, it is easily accessible via Jalan Genting Kelang, the Middle Ring Road 2 and Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway.
