While real estate may not be everyone’s cup of tea, Selling Sunset has definitely piqued an interest among Netflix audiences as the series showcases the dazzling lifestyle of The Oppenheim Group’s realtors.

While the show’s narratives follow along these agents’ lifestyles and their day-to-day jobs, another element takes centre stage – Southern California’s best home listings.

According to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, one of the latest properties listed by The Oppenheim Group is located at Benedict Canyon Drive. Tagged at US$22.995 million (RM101.28 million), it is listed by Emma Hernan, one of the newest cast members of the show.

This mansion, sited on a sprawling three-acre, is endowed with a stunning canyon view as it is sited on a promontory. An added bonus is the sunset view, best enjoyed from the rooftop living area that comes with a fireplace.

Boasting a sizeable 11,034 sq ft of living space, this double-storey mansion has five bedrooms, eight baths, a gym, an office and a music room. The primary suite comes equipped with a fireplace, a balcony, two walk-in dressing rooms and a bathroom with a steam shower.

Its kitchen, also spacious, may lead to the outdoors with a pool terrace ready to cater to a larger group of people. A secondary kitchen is on the go, if needed as well.

The house has also been fitted with water features at the lower level to create a soothing environment.

Following the success of Selling Sunset, Netflix has also started filming a spin-off series called Selling the OC, featuring The Oppenheim Group’s property agents from the Newport Beach Office in Orange County.
