KUALA LUMPUR (June 3): Sunway Property Bhd has launched the Jernih Residence Property Gallery -- Jernih Residence being Sunway Property’s maiden project in Kajang. The GreenRE certified transit-oriented development is of freehold tenure and within a 50m walking distance to Sungai Jernih MRT station.

The launch was officiated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 28. To date, the developer has received 10,000 registrants for the project.

With a gross development value of RM 543 million, Jernih Residence occupies a 5.28-acre freehold parcel and will offer 1,605 serviced apartments in two blocks. Units will come in four sizes — ranging from 550 to 850 sq ft. Pricing starts from RM 320,000 or an average of RM 500 psf.

Aligning with the market’s desire for a wellness-centred lifestyle, Jernih Residence’s resort-like facilities are designed to encourage rest and relaxation outdoors, ideal for families and individuals to unwind.
