PETALING JAYA (June 3): The second phase of Penang-based developer Ideal Property Group’s Queens Waterfront called Queens Residences Q2 in Bayan Lepas has been completed ahead of schedule.

“Queens Residences Q2 with a positive take-up rate showcases homebuyers’ confidence and strong demand towards the group’s high-end quality product offerings,” the company said in a statement on Friday (June 3).

The freehold Queens overlooks the view of the Penang Bridge and Penang Second Bridge, and it is located within a neighbourhood that is completed with major public amenities and good connectivity.

According to the developer, Queens Residences Q2 comprises a 24-storey tower with a total of 450 residential units as well as retail shops on the ground and first floors. The residential units have built-ups ranging from 900 to 1,650 sq ft, which are suitable for an upgraded work-from-home set-up or investment purposes.

Ideal Property said that this upscale residence further expands its lifestyle offerings through its commercial component, whereby these thriving retail outlets will host a wide variety of al fresco dining, retail and lifestyle selections.

The completion of Queens Residences Q2 signifies a substantial achievement for the development of the Queens Waterfront master plan, and the developer is looking ahead to completing more components of the master plan with its intention to establish an iconic waterfront precinct in Penang.

“The master plan of Queens Waterfront presents the best waterfront living through its unique nautical inspired development theme consisting of al fresco dining, a marina bay and a 700m promenade, offering residents a desirable waterfront lifestyle,” the group added.

Facilities at the development include an infinity pool, a shaded family Jacuzzi and spa, an aqua therapy gym, hanging cocoon, kids’ lagoon and a garden for edible plants.

The development offers a series of public amenities developed to enhance the quality of life of the residents and local community, such as an international sports centre, international/private school, groceries and food and beverage outlets.

It is also near amenities such as the Penang International Airport, Penang Second Bridge, Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Sungai Nibong Bus Terminal, hospitals, finance institutions, recreation parks and a leisure mall.
