S P Setia sets new record with two gold wins at FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2022

PARIS (June 10): S P Setia Berhad was awarded double Gold at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2022, thus retaining the record as the Malaysian developer with the most World Gold awards.

S P Setia now has 15 gold awards under its belt. The awards were held in Paris, France on June 9.

The winning projects were KL Eco City (KLEC) in the mixed-use development category and Setia Marina 2 of Setia Eco Glades, Cyberjaya which was under the residential (low-rise) category.

KLEC and Setia Marina 2 had also previously won the mixed-use development and residential (low-rise) categories respectively at the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2021.

“The recognitions of these two projects in the international realm after their wins in the recent FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2021 are a testament to the strength of our products in meeting the aspirations of everyone who have placed their trust in the Setia brand,” said S P Setia president and CEO Datuk Choong Kai Wai in a statement today.
