PETALING JAYA (July 4): OSK Property has launched its low-density leasehold residential development called LEA by the Hills in Taman Melawati, Selangor on Saturday (July 2).

In a statement on Saturday, OSK Property chief executive officer Ong Ghee Bin said: “LEA by the Hills is perfect for first-time homebuyers, young professionals, upgraders as well as downsizers who are seeking a comfortable space where they can call home. This is a project that offers a sense of exclusivity and privacy, as the Taman Melawati neighbourhood consists of mainly upscale landed homes and is considered a premium location.”

Sitting on a 2.9-acre parcel in Taman Nadayu, LEA by the Hills will comprise a 29-storey tower with 344 residential units in total. The development sits in a peaceful and quiet enclave within Taman Melawati, as well as offers spectacular views of the Klang Gates Quartz Ridge and is a short drive away from the Kuala Lumpur city centre.

With only 12 units per floor, the typical units at LEA by the Hills will come in layouts of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a utility room, or four bedrooms, two bathrooms with a balcony, with built-ups ranging from 1,050 to 1,243 sq ft. There are six limited exclusive units that will come with a specially designed private terrace.

Due for completion in the third quarter of 2026, all of the units are designed with functional layouts and spacious living areas with prices starting from RM560,000.

It will cater for residents from all walks of life, from the young to the elderly. The maintenance fee, inclusive of the sinking fund, is 29 sen psf per month.
