Developed by Belair Condo Sdn Bhd, Belair is an aged condominium situated in the hills of Damansara Heights, along Lorong Basong off Jalan Bruas.
The building has six floors and a built-up size of 2,120 sq.ft. According to the agent who concluded the deal, Lydia Ong of Reapfield Properties (SJ) Sdn Bhd, the unit had two balconies with unobstructed views of the Palace and the Petronas Twin Towers.
There is easy access to the rest of the Klang Valley via Jalan Semantan, Jalan Duta, Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim and Sprint Expressway, as well as Semantan MRT station.
“The foreign tenant vacated the unit during the Movement Control Order, and then it was left vacant. So the owner wanted to liquidate his asset at the right price,” said Ong.
Meanwhile, Ong said the buyer was attracted by the location (Damansara Heights) and the serenity of the area, coupled with the high-floor level that overlooked the surrounding landed properties.
She considered it a good deal for the buyer as there were limited apartments within Damansara Heights and the price psf made it a value buy compared to the vicinity’s prices.
As of mid-July 2022, there was one sale listing for Belair on EdgeProp.my with an asking price of RM1,300,000 or RM647 psf. No rental listing was available.
